Financial statement in General Ledger Module are Balance sheet, Income statement and Cost of Goods Production. The description of all item in financial statement can be edited by user in editing TYPE as part of account master file. Only the fixed title cannot be edited.
All financial report automatically created after editing of journal.
Type of financial can be printed are:
MTD-YTD, report printed with month to date value column and YEAR TO DATE column.
This Year - Last Year, Report with this year YTD value column and last year up to end of last year value column.
This Year - Last Year variance, Report with this year MTD value and last year MTD value with variance, also this year YTD value and last year YTD value with variance.
12 Month of this year.
By department, report with 12 department column. If you have more then 12 department, please print separate report for each 12 department.
With Budget, report with Actual MTD and Budget MTD with variance, and Actual YTD with Budget YTD with the variance.
All report can be printed only by TYPE (general financial report format) or detailed with all account.
