Position used to determine the access of menu. You can create position as much as you need and determine which menu the position are available to access.
After the creation of position, you can create user and password for the position. A position may have more then on user.
The user have a RANKING from 1 to 3, this ranking also prohibit the access of data, see the table below:

To enter Photo, double click or press CTRL-PgDn in the photo field, use other photo capture software to get your photo. Copy the photo to CLIP BOARD, and PASTE to this field.
